Our Team

Tim Stevens - General Manager / Owner
Tim is originally from Prairie du Chien, WI and started working in outdoor maintenance services in 2007. In 2017, He saw an opportunity in the greater Grand Forks area and developed a plan to get his first snow removal accounts. He is the driving force behind the PRO Land | Snow's leadership team and his passion is helping his team succeed. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and working out.
Tyler Klegstad - Field Manager
Tyler hails from Lancaster, MN and has been specializing in weed control and fertilization services since 2018. When he’s not busy creating lush lawns, he enjoys fishing and outdoor activities.
Eric Slade - Service Delivery Manager / Owner
Eric is from Kalamazoo, MI and relocated to Grand Forks to attend UND. He joined the PRO Land | Snow team in 2020 and has been an integral part of day-to-day operations. In the summer, Eric enjoys going to the lake and boating.
Ty McPherson - Field Manager
Ty is originally from West Fargo and relocated to Grand Forks to start a family. Ty has been plowing snow and providing outdoor maintenance services since 2018. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, traveling and spending time with his family.
Calvin Fogarty - Field Manager
Calvin was born and raised in East Grand Forks, MN. He has been doing lawn care since 2017 and is considered our “detail guy.” For fun, he enjoys going to the lake and video games.
Nick Hall - Field Manager
Nick is originally from Thief River Falls and has been managing facilities maintenance since 2015. When he finds the time, he visits the range for target shooting and enjoys pretty much anything outdoors.
